Trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu at the age of 18, Nicholas has been involved with the hospitality and the food industry for over 20 years. The patience, small details, and other skills he’s learned in this profession have been transferred to other trades such as wood working, photography, designing and building camper vans, and since spring of 2023, working with clay. Any opportunity to work with his hands is time well spent, and while working with clay hasn’t become full time, the craft has taken over much of his life.
Mostly thrown on a potters wheel, his intention is to create unique handmade and functional stoneware objects that people will enjoy for a lifetime.
